Job Summary
Responsibilities 职责
- Innovation: Put your talent into the new generation of commercial vehicle steering systems for electrified and highly automated driving in an interdisciplinary team.

- Development and Release: Develop new product and lead the mechanical release according to BOSCH AS product development process. Carry out investigation analysis calculation BOM management3D models 2D drawings standards and specifications etc
- 产品开发与释放根据BOSCH AS产品开发流程开发新产品及主导机械部件释放设计过程中进行调查/分析/计算BOM管理模型图纸标准和规范等
- Change Management Carry out product data change management in PDM system
- 变更管理 在PDM系统中实施产品数据变更管理
- DFMEA Management Develop/maintain/release DFMEA
- DFMEA管理 创建/维护/释放DFMEA
- Technical Support Support for product validation activities (DVP&R) and customer project acquisition
- 技术支持支持产品验证试验释放(DVP&R)以及客户项目获取
- Product Optimization: Strive to make technological breakthrough independently guide the supplier and internal departments to optimize the product
- 产品优化: 独立技术攻关指导供应商和内部团队优化产品
- Global Collaboration: Participate global platform product development Share technical information and support with global team.
- 全球合作参与全球平台产品开发 与全球团队进行信息及技术分享
- RPP improvement: Support continuous improvement and cost reduction efforts (RPP).
- RPP 提升支持持续改进和降成本活动(RPP)
- Comply with IATF 16949/VDA and other BOSCH and industry policies and procedures
- 遵守IATF 16949/VDA和其它BOSCH行业政策及程序要求
- All other duties as assigned

Qualifications :
Qualification required 资格要求
- Education学历
-Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or automobile engineering
-机械或汽车工程相关专业本科及以上学历
- Skills 技能
-Technical background with a strong understanding of mechanical or automotive engineering.
-在机械或汽车工程方面具有对技术背景较强的理解能力
-Knowledge in steering chassis or engine system in automotive industry or other relevant mechanical and hydraulic applications.
-具有汽车行业转向底盘或发动机系统的相关机械及液压知识
-Knowledge of automotive industry standards and requirements.
-了解汽车行业的标准和要求
-Basic knowledge of manufacturing and assembling technologies.
-了解机加工和装配技术
-Knowledge and experience of GD&T(ASME) or GPS(ISO)
-具有GD&T(ASME) or GPS(ISO)知识和经验
-Basic knowledge of design requirements for products made of steel aluminium and plastic materials.
-了解钢材铝合金及塑料产品的设计要求
-Basic knowledge of documentation process
-了解文件存档流程
- Experience工作经验
-More than 3 years relevant work experience
-3年以上的相关工作经验
-Preferably work experience with automotive steering systems.
-具有汽车转向系统设计经验者优先
-At least two years work experience with 3D design system Pro/E.
-至少两年以上使用Pro/E经验
-Preferably work experience with utilizing design method and tool like DRBFM FEA
-具备DRBFMFEA等设计方法和工具相关使用经验者优先
- Other其它
-Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin both written and verbal
-优秀的英语及普通话书面及口语交流技能
-Knowledge of German language desirable
-具有德语能力者更佳
-Strong interpersonal skills flexible resilient team oriented and responsible. with an ability to work in a diverse team

-Ability to follow established procedures practices and instructions
