LOC3344: 7-8/F Building N1 Fusion New Bund No. 8 Lane 131 New Bund Avenue Pudong Shanghai ChinaJob Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Responsible for managing all aspects of quality assurance for their assigned NPD projects including both system integration project and component development projects.
- Based on the customer requirements and design concept guide team to identify potential failure mode and define verification method.
- Ensuring the risk identification assessment and mitigation plans are managed and updated.
- Supporting and coaching the team on methods and quality tools (FMEA 8D DOE test and evaluation plan Marciano Risk Assessment) needed to reach robustness customer satisfaction and quality targets.
- Optimize and enforces the product quality control process
- Lead the problem solving on the top design quality issues
- Follow up the status of field turn back to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Data statistic on the quality performance and define effective action to improve it.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree on mechanical or electronical engineering master is preferred.
- 5 years related working experiencein quality assurance elevator related experience is preferred
- Expertise on quality methodology e.g. 6 Sigma Functional Analysis FMEA 8D DOE test and evaluation plan Marciano Chart Risk Assessment .
- Be good at problem analyzing problem solving and quality thinking
- Good people skills with ability to develop and maintain professional relationships across a matrix multi-cultural organization to collaborate for results.
- Good team player and must be able to build relationships with peer level & above level.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
