(Senior) Product Analyst (mfn)
Job Summary
Your responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between Product teams and the Data organization translating business needs into data requirements.
- Partner with Product Managers to define analyze and interpret business and product metrics to enable clear reliable decision-making.
- Own and oversee event tracking define requirements validate implementation and ensure consistency over time.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Consultants to build and improve production-ready data models for Product Analytics.
- Use Databricks (SQL / Spark) to analyze business performance and user behavior as well as present insights in Power BI.
- Support A/B tests by defining success metrics and interpreting results.
Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience in Product Analytics Business Analytics or similar analytical role.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets in cloud data platforms (Databricks is a plus)
- Proven experience in KPI defining and Event Tracking.
- Familiarity with Reporting Tools (Power BI - is a plus).
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
- Ability to work independently take ownership and consult stakeholders.
- Fluency in both Polish and English (B2).
