Job Summary
- An unbridled passion for food and a love of sharing your food stories with our patrons
- The confidence to explain our menu to guests with gusto assisting those with special dietary needs or preferences as well as providing enthusiastic assistance when recommending wine and beverages
- An ability to find the Yes in every situation
- A passion for maximising sales opportunities by upselling items
- A calm nature in the midst of a fast-paced environment
- A team player with the ability to assist in all areas of F&B operations during peak times
Qualifications :
- Previous customer service experience.
- Experienced in A la carte/Wine service/Coffee making is preferred.
- Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- The ability and flexibility to work 3 to 4 shifts over 7 days including early mornings late evenings and weekends
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation accuracy and attention to detail
