Your role
As a Manager or Senior Manager you will take charge of the day-to-day project management of our client engagements and pitches. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients proactively managing client interactions and ensuring seamless communication throughout each this role you take responsibility for all phases of the project lifecycle. With your strong expertise you also build and develop strong relationships in the market.
You will collaborate closely with our team on diverse client engagements including M&A strategic advisory valuations and financial analysis. You can expect international exposure through regular interaction with colleagues clients and potential investors worldwide.
Our Corporate Finance team has broad experience in executing transactions across various sectors. Our clients comprise everything from smaller family-owned businesses to large listed multinational companies across industries. The majority of our assignments involve sell-side or buy-side mandates for private companies Private Equity firms and large listed multinationals.

Qualifications :
Are you a business-oriented and analytical person who takes strong ownership of your work Do you have solid experience from M&A process Are you good in leading and coaching your team members and communicating clear objectives to get things done
To succeed in this role we hope you also have:
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in financial advisory (e.g. at an investment bank a boutique a big 4 private equity or a corporate M&A role)
- We work as generalists across all industries but a sector/industry focus is considered an advantage
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong leadership skills and experience in leading a junior team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to communicate and coordinate effectively with clients stakeholders and teams
- Fluency in English and Finnish as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey your message in a credible and confident manner
- Solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint
