Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position):

The Project Manager - Photography & Media will oversee the entire workflow of photo requests from initial submission to final delivery of files. This may include organizing and assigning requests ensuring effective communication with campus partners managing timelines and maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism. The role requires strong organizational skills clear communication and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for incoming photo requests from campus partners.
Monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
Review and organize final images for delivery to campus partners.
Ensure proper storage and organization of all media files.
Provide feedback and support to photography team to maintain high-quality standards.
Assist with coordinating freelance photographers when necessary.

Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Experience with project management tools or systems is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Leadership experience or interest in supervising peers.
Familiarity with photography or media production is preferred but not required.
Comfort with technology and file management systems.

Wage Range: $11.75-12.75
