Job Summary
We have an opening for a Full-Time Golf Club Technician Lead to perform club repairs and modifications. Moderate club repair experience is necessary for this role. Experience re-gripping re-shafting modifying loft and lie adjustments and other related services is preferred. A successful candidate will have strong attention to detail experience leading others and a passion for the game.

Responsibilities:
- Regripping lie and loft adjustments.
- Fulfill repair orders in a timely fashion.
- Read and execute custom order per golfer specifications.
- Verify all repair orders for accuracy.
- Maintain an orderly workstation.
- Monitor inventory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of club repair work.
- A love for and experience in the game of golf.
- Above average knowledge of golf equipment and technology.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week as well as opportunities for overtime during busier seasons.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience regripping clubs and understanding lie and loft specifications.
- Ability to accurately measure equipment.
- Proficient in working hands-on with power tools.

Compensation:
- $20 - $28 per hour based on previous golf repair experience.
