About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Talent Acquisition professional with 4 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment while bringing analytics and strategic insights to our hiring processes. This role balances hands-on recruitment with strategic thinking helping WIN attract top talent efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across functions including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and recommend effective hiring strategies.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
- Post and manage job openings on platforms like LinkedIn and Naukri ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Maintain and manage recruitment workflows in Greenhouse ATS ensuring accurate candidate tracking and reporting.
- Track and report recruitment metrics including time-to-hire cost-per-hire source effectiveness and candidate pipeline health.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support workforce planning with insights on talent availability and market trends.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS systems and recruitment analytics.
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using data and metrics to inform recruitment decisions and improve processes.
- Familiarity with interview design assessment frameworks and structured hiring processes.
