Job Summary

Target Start Date: 1st week of February 2026

Shift: Rotating Shift with 2 days off

Work Setup: 100% Onsite (Makati)

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and appraise site locations and economics to recommend appropriate capital
    expenditure size
  • Executes market area research prepares data documentation and presents site packages for
    approval.
  • Exercises analytic skills and conduct Post Analysis for all newly opened stores to validate
    forecasts/projections on incremental sales customer numbers and foot traffic.
  • Participates and executes the development plan with the Construction team and local authorities to meet business returns from documentation to permits.
  • Manage the existing property portfolio including property taxes and ensuring compliance with all regulations maintain close relationships with existing lessors to support on - going operational requirement of stores

Requirements:

      • Proven ability to negotiate lease terms and manage landlord relationships effectively
      • Completed university or college degree in Business Real Estate Finance Economics Civil
        Engineering Architecture or a related field
      • 5 years of experience in retail real estate site acquisition or property management
      • Strong understanding of the Philippine retail property market including malls commercial
        centers and emerging trade areas
      • Amenable to travel within the Greater Manila Area
