Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and appraise site locations and economics to recommend appropriate capital
expenditure size - Executes market area research prepares data documentation and presents site packages for
approval. - Exercises analytic skills and conduct Post Analysis for all newly opened stores to validate
forecasts/projections on incremental sales customer numbers and foot traffic. - Participates and executes the development plan with the Construction team and local authorities to meet business returns from documentation to permits.
- Manage the existing property portfolio including property taxes and ensuring compliance with all regulations maintain close relationships with existing lessors to support on - going operational requirement of stores
Requirements:
- Proven ability to negotiate lease terms and manage landlord relationships effectively
- Completed university or college degree in Business Real Estate Finance Economics Civil
Engineering Architecture or a related field - 5 years of experience in retail real estate site acquisition or property management
- Strong understanding of the Philippine retail property market including malls commercial
centers and emerging trade areas - Amenable to travel within the Greater Manila Area
