Responsibilities:
- Each Visual Merchandise Manager is responsible for leading operations on the sales floor. This includes driving performance supporting overall operations and ensuring smooth execution of daily tasks.
- Implement merchandising strategies to achieve business objectives including sales targets and brand consistency
- Create and manage visually appealing in-store displays in line with brand merchandising guidelines
- Lead teams to deliver exceptional customer service by implementing insights and driving continuous improvement.
- Build team capability through coaching training and effective recruitment selection fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring strong team engagement through leading by our values ways of working and expected behaviours.
- Implement safety processes to ensure compliance with regulations. Delivering safety training supporting injury management and promoting a safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Amenable to be on rotating schedule
- At least 3 years of experience in retail
- Experience in people management process inventory and budget management
- Tech savy able to interpret and use data to monitor sales forecast trends and drive strategic decision making
