Role Overview
As a Staff Brand Designer at Harvey you are a craft leader. This senior individual contributor brings deep mastery of fundamentals and elevates the work of those around them.
You bring precision restraint and exceptional taste with a strong command of typography hierarchy proportion and composition. You operate with a premium sophisticated aesthetic suited to elite professional audiences in law tax and finance.
You move fluidly across digital print and experiential work from brand systems and campaigns to websites and executive material zooming out to shape systems and in to refine details. You work quickly without sacrificing craft provide clear feedback mentor designers and help uphold the integrity of the Harvey brand.
What Youll Do
Brand Craft & Systems: Design and evolve the visual language of the Harvey brand across marketing and company touch points while developing scalable systems templates and libraries that balance rigor with flexibility
Campaigns & integrated Marketing: Concept and execute creative for global campaigns across digital out-of-home print and experiential
Digital Experience: Design and evolve Harveys website and key digital experiences and partner closely with engineering to ensure pixel-level precision in implementation
Events & Experiential: Design environmental graphics signage installations and physical collateral
Strategic Guidance: Provide strong visual direction to junior and mid-level designers giving clear thoughtful feedback that improves both the work and the designer
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing Product Design Content and Leadership
What You Have
810 years of brand design experience in high-quality craft-driven environments
A portfolio demonstrating mastery of typography hierarchy composition and art direction
Proven ability to design across web print OOH experiential presentations and campaign systems
Experience leading projects from concept through final execution
Strong art direction instincts including photography layout and visual storytelling
High level of proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to work quickly and decisively in fast-paced environments
Comfort navigating ambiguity while maintaining standards
Bonus
Experience at a hyper-growth startup
Experience evolving or expanding a brand identity system
Motion design literacy or ability to art direct motion
Experience working with top-tier creative agencies
