Location

Houston Texas. Initially focused on building systems and cases with on-site leadership expected within one year as the Texas office scales.

Note

Must have an active Texas Bar license and 5 years of personal injury experience with both pre-litigation and litigation exposure.

Job Description

• Help establish and lead the firms Texas personal injury operations
• Design and document SOPs and end-to-end workflows for Texas PI matters
• Build standardized forms templates and correspondence libraries
• Define case-handling benchmarks communication protocols and escalation paths
• Manage a limited personal injury caseload from intake through resolution
• Conduct client interviews oversee discovery negotiations and settlements
• Serve as the primary Texas liaison to firm leadership
• Train and mentor attorneys and staff as the Texas team grows
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to refine and improve processes

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar license
• 5 years of personal injury experience including litigation
• Proven experience building or implementing SOPs or legal workflows
• Strong written communication skills with attention to process documentation
• Organized systems-oriented leadership style
• Client-focused accountable and collaborative professional approach
