As the Recruiting Manager you will spearhead the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for a rapidly scaling global technology platform. You will partner closely with leadership to identify talent gaps streamline interview processes and build a diverse pipeline of high-caliber candidates. This role is pivotal in shaping our organizational culture and supporting our aggressive growth targets.

What you will do:

Design and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies to attract top-tier technical and non-technical talent across global markets.
Collaborate with department heads to define role requirements refine hiring criteria and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Analyze recruitment metrics and leverage data to continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality of hire.

Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment within a high-growth tech environment or startup setting.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships with candidates.
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance hands-on sourcing with high-level talent planning and process optimization.
