The Vet Office is recruiting on behalf of a brand-new state-of-the-art 24-hour small animal hospital in Thurmaston Leicestershire which opened in April 2024.

You will work:

Saturday Sunday & Monday nights

7:00pm 9:00am (including a paid 1-hour break)

The Role
-
Night Veterinary Surgeon Sole Charge
-
Managing a varied emergency and critical care caseload
-
Supported by an experienced nursing team
-
Ideal for a confident all-rounder with strong medical and surgical skills

Candidate Requirements
-
RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
-
Confident working sole charge overnight
-
Strong all-rounder in both medical and surgical cases
-
ECC experience desirable
-
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
-
Comfortable mentoring and working closely with nursing colleagues
Salary & Benefits

Up to 19687.50 per year (pro rata)

Based on an average of 10.5 hours per week

Equivalent to 75000 FTE
