Job Summary
The Role:
This opportunity would ideally suit someone who is looking to build a career within the logistics industry. At DPD we are passionate about promoting from within so whilst this is an entry level warehouse operative role we are always on the lookout for candidates who demonstrate some drive determination and ambition so that we can progress them through the ranks and ultimately into a management role.
- Work Schedule: 40 Hours Per Week
- Days of Work: Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday
- Shift Pattern: 07:00 - 15:00 (07:30-15:30 on Sunday)
This is a fast-paced physical role and you will be on your feet all shift but as a warehouse operative you will be the backbone of our operation playing a critical role in DPD continuing to deliver outstanding service. Key duties include;
- Loading and unloading scanning and sorting parcels with precision.
- Handling items up to 25kg (who needs a gym membership when you can keep fit whilst you work!).
- Using our tech to ensure every parcel gets to the right place at the right time.
Youll receive: Full training from Day 1 and all required uniform and PPE
