About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Dutch-speaking Marketing Agent to join our on-site team in this role you will support marketing and growth initiatives by engaging with clients identifying business opportunities and contributing to campaign performance. This position is ideal for candidates with a sales mindset and an interest in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Support and manage marketing campaigns for Dutch-speaking clients
Identify growth opportunities and advise clients on marketing solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Communicate campaign performance insights and optimization opportunities
Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales (marketing experience is a strong plus)
Dutch proficiency at C1 level and English at B2 level
Strong communication presentation and relationship-building skills
Analytical mindset with an interest in marketing performance and optimization
Ability to work on-site in Berlin
