The Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager (510 years of experience) to support regional initiatives in cash management and banking operations. The role involves coordinating multiple stakeholders mapping and improving processes and ensuring effective delivery across projects involving Singapore and China. This is a hands-on business-focused position requiring autonomy structure and strong communication skills.
The Requirements
- 510 years experience as Business Analyst and/or Project Manager in banking/financial services
- Strong stakeholder coordination skills across business operations and IT
- Proactive autonomous and comfortable driving initiatives forward
- Experience in process review and optimization
- Knowledge of Cash Management products and processes
- Ability to understand back-office activities and impacts
- Chinese speaker (projects involve frequent coordination with China)
- Preferably Singaporean-based/local
- Primarily business-oriented; technical exposure is a plus
