Retail Store Manager- Kraaifontein Western Cape R40 000 to R45 000
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead and drive performance within a well-established retail environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for people customer experience and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full management of store operations including sales performance staff leadership stock control and administration
- Achieving sales targets and profitability through effective budgeting and cost control
- Ensuring high standards of customer service and resolving customer queries professionally
- Maintaining compliance with internal policies procedures and regulatory requirements
- Driving team performance engagement and a positive store culture
- Leveraging digital systems to optimise inventory and operational processes
Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma in Business Administration Commerce Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 4 years retail experience including proven management experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office and retail operating systems
