Job Summary
Are you a fluent Dutch speaker looking to build a stable and international career in Portugal We are currently hiring Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialists to join a well-established global project based on-site in Lisbon.
In this role you will support customers through multiple communication channels handle inquiries professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work in a structured environment with clear procedures modern tools and strong team support. Full paid training is provided allowing you to build confidence and expertise from day one.
The role operates on rotational shifts including weekdays and weekends with two rotating days off per week. This position is ideal for candidates seeking job security teamwork and long-term growth within a multicultural international environment.
Requirements:
- Fluent Dutch
- Good level of English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
Previous experience is a plus but not mandatory.
