Job Summary

Job Summary
To deliver practical Mandarin training that enables retail staff to communicate confidently with Chinese-speaking customers and support sales performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver Mandarin training for retail staff
- Teach retail and duty-free product vocabulary
- Conduct role-plays and customer conversation coaching
- Provide on-the-job coaching on the shop floor
- Develop training materials and assessments
- Track attendance assess progress and prepare reports
Main Requirements:
- Native Mandarin speaker or HSK Level 5 with teaching experience
- Good English communication skills
- Strong teaching and interpersonal skills
- Experience in retail or customer service training is an advantage
- Able to work in an airport environment
