German Speaking Sales & Marketing Representative
Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic German Speaking Sales & Marketing Representative to join a leading international team in Spain. This is a full-time on-site position where you will support both sales and marketing activities for German-speaking markets. Relocation to Spain is required and a complete relocation package is included to help you settle into your new role and new life abroad.
Responsibilities
As a German Speaking Sales & Marketing Representative your main duties will include:
- Engaging with German-speaking clients to introduce products and services
- Supporting sales campaigns and outreach via phone email and social channels
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and deliver targeted marketing initiatives
- Generating leads through proactive communication and tailored follow-ups
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Collecting customer feedback and market insights to support strategy improvement

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems

Assisting with sales and marketing reporting and performance tracking
Requirements
To succeed in this role you should have:

Excellent German language skills (C1/C2 level written and verbal)

Strong English proficiency (minimum B2 level mandatory)
- Previous experience in sales marketing customer service or related roles

Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Basic understanding of marketing principles and CRM systems

EU passport or valid work permit for Spain (mandatory)
