Introduction
Are you a motivated Dutch speaking Sales Development Representative looking to build your international career in sunny Spain We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established international company that is expanding its sales team. This is a full-time on-site role based in Spain and relocation is required. A full relocation package is provided to support your move.
Responsibilities
As a Dutch Speaking Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for:

Proactively researching contacting nurturing and qualifying new business leads

Managing outbound and inbound sales activities via phone email and social platforms

Updating and maintaining accurate data in CRM systems
-
Collaborating closely with sales specialists and internal teams to support account growth

Providing feedback and insights to improve sales and marketing strategies

Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should have:

Native or near-native Dutch language skills (C1 level or higher)

Good command of English (minimum B2 level mandatory)
- Previous experience in sales lead generation business development or a similar role

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment

Confident use of CRM systems and sales tools

EU passport or a valid work permit for Spain (mandatory)
