About the Role
Are you ready to take charge of testing strategies for enterprise systems that power national-scale operations At Service Stream were seeking aSAP Test Leadwho thrives on delivering quality driving innovation and influencing outcomes that matter.
Location: 655 Collins St Docklands Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the design and execution of end-to-end test strategies across systems and delivery streams.
- Oversee and manage the preparation execution and governance of test plans ensuring consistent and highquality delivery across all testing phases
- Lead and mentor test analysts fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Act as the SME for all testing disciplines: functional integration regression performance and security.
- Partner with business leaders project managers and vendors to align testing with priorities and timelines.
- Oversee test environments defect management and readiness for successful releases.
- Provide clear reporting on testing progress risks and quality insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree in IT Project Management Engineering Business or equivalent experience.
- 8 yearsof hands-on SAP ECC/S/4 HANA testing experience including leadership roles in complex ERP or Field Services environments.
- Exposure to SAP IFS ServiceNow FSM Oracle and JIRA Xray highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to design and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Expertise in modern testing approaches (automation CI/CD test data management).
