Job Purpose
This is a role for someone who craves a global challenge balanced by the desire to be accountable for delivering against the model in the largest zone in Kraft Heinz. The Head of Technical Services will assess and develop a manufacturing strategy that sets an intended direction for the Manufacturing (OT) and Engineering Network to assure investments work in concert to alter the manufacturing cost curve. This individual will require a unique ideation/problem solving skillset which forces holistic thought about problems rather than problem-solving specific hurdles. This individual will work closely with the Manufacturing Leadership Team to prioritize the cost disadvantaged business segments in need of regaining a low-cost leadership position. Its through the evaluation and deployment of emerging technologies that these cost disadvantaged segments will be repositioned to sustain cost advantages.
The Associate Director Operational Risk Management (EH&S) is responsible for managing Operational Risk Management (ORM) processes that include Safety and Health KraftHeinz Management System (KHMS) Workers Compensation Environment Business Continuity Facility Security Asset Conservation Department of Transportation (DOT) and Pandemic Planning as warranted for a region of Kraft Heinz North America. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure compliance with all applicable federal state and local laws and regulations applicable Kraft Heinz policies and procedures and implementation of addition this position involves the identification and communication of operational risks within the organization and the development of business strategies to mitigate operational risks.

This position is considered a Field based environment; role requires frequent travel to customer locations stores manufacturing facilities etc. Additionally travel will be required up to 60% of the time.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$220800.00 - $276000.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidates geographic region job-related knowledge skills and experience among other factors
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): In addition to base salary and bonus this role is eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity.
