Job Summary
ITC is a Woman Owned Small Business delivering exceptional consultation to the U.S. Government in Systems/Software Engineering Cybersecurity Solutions Mission Operations/INTEL Analysis and Management Services in order to enable our customers to solve the most challenging problems. With continued growth comes opportunity and we are currently searching for a Top Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Mid-Level Systems Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Provides support for implementation troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
- Manages IT system infrastructure and any processes related to these systems.
- Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations monitoring and problem resolution for all the client/server/storage/network devices mobile devices etc.
- Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification diagnosis and resolution of problems.
- Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
- Provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process.
- Configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software troubleshoots maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements and updates to improve reliability security and performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Stand up and configure Linux servers.
- Apply patches and upgrades.
- Troubleshoot server issues.
- Administer customer accounts.
- Deploy monitoring tools.
- Deploy applications and tools.
- Assist with escalated customer tickets.
- Must currently possess an active NSA TS/SCI with FS Polygraph to be considered
- Bachelors degree in a technical discipline
- 10 years experience as a SA in programs of similar scope type and complexity
- 5 years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree
- Linux system administration background.
- Knowledge of physical and virtual servers (rack/stack network build deploy etc.)
- Knowledge of log aggregation applications
- Proficient with Linux.
- Minimum of 3 years Linux system administration experience (within the last 3 years).
- Knowledge of physical and virtual servers.
- Experience researching and creating solutions to close IAVAs.
- Ansible experience
- Experience in building and maintaining VMware environments.
- Security cert
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS experience
- Scripting experience (Python/Perl)
- Docker experience
