Job Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform for Premier Fence ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the specific needs of the organization.
Collaborate with different departments to gather requirements and implement Salesforce solutions accordingly.
Create custom reports and dashboards to provide insights and analysis for decision-making.
Train employees on how to use Salesforce effectively and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
Stay up-to-date on Salesforce updates and best practices to ensure the platform is being utilized to its full potential.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
Proven experience working as a Salesforce Administrator in a professional setting.
Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities including configuration customization and integration.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Desired Experience:

Experience working in the construction or home improvement industry is a plus.
Familiarity with other CRM platforms and tools.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex development.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $110000 to $120000 per year.
