The Company is a rapidly growing performance marketing agency. Having grown significantly over the last two years the agency now manages over 30 global brands including household names in North America Europe and Australia.
They are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their world-class team. This is a high-impact client-facing role for someone who thrives in a startup environment and is looking to build long-term systems and lead a team as the agency continues to scale.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Strategy & Relationship Management
Act as the main point of contact for high-value clients ensuring their performance goals are met and expectations are managed.
- Upsell current clients on additional services and identify opportunities for account expansion.
- Communicate complex performance marketing results in a relatable professional manner that builds trust.
Operations & Project Management
- Assist in evolving startup processes into scalable systems for account management.
- Work closely with media buyers to ensure ad strategies align with the clients brand vision and equity.
- Manage long days and fast-paced deliverables typical of a scaling agency.
Minimum Requirements:
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills
Education: Bachelors Degree (ideally)
Experience: 5 years of related experience
- Senior-level account manager
- Experience in a Client-facing role (will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving strategy)
- Needs strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Should have experience working with large well-known brands
- Expertise in performance marketing and digital advertising
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with long hours
