The Team:

The Polk Automotive Solutions Customer Success Team is a dynamic solutions-oriented team of account management and product enablement professionals. Through industry insights and product consulting we bring strategic ideas to our internal and external clients. Through timelines documentation andinternal and external communication we ensure positive customer outcomes.

The Impact:

The PAS Customer Success Team is that of true sales enablement. Technical Customer Success Specialist team a subset of the Customer Success Team removes barriers to product fulfillment and provides frictionless facilitation to deliver successful valuable outcomes and results through the utilization of Polk data and processes.

We are excited to announce the role of Technical Customer Success Specialist . This position is slated for U.S. coverage and will be partnered with our Polk Automotive Solutions (PAS) Sales Team. The role will report directly to the Executive Director Customer this role you will work closely with Sales Production Customer Success Managers and clients to ensure seamless delivery of product solutions and timely response to client delivery questions and troubleshooting inquiries.

Objectives:

Act as the day-to-day project manager for PAS Products. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Collaborate closely and effectively with Polk Sales Customer Success and Production teams and Enablement counterparts

  • Running status meetings as needed as related to your accounts

  • Managing large volumes of communications regarding your accounts both internally and with clients

  • Salesforce organization and management

  • Responsible for your accounts; Initiation Planning Execution Monitoring and Closure of all processes.

  • Run point with internal resources to solve client issues ensuring themes are communicated to product and production.

  • Become an expert on your clients: their objectives needs and working style.

What Were Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business Marketing Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong drive for organization and operational efficiency

  • Advanced written and verbal communication abilities enabling clear and effective interactions with both internal teams and clients

  • Outstanding time management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges

  • Creative mindset able to identify and implement process improvements for greater team and client success

  • Quick learner adaptable to evolving business needs and a rapidly changing environment

  • Collaborative team player skilled at building strong working relationships across functions

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint Excel Teams Word) and Salesforce applications

  • Self-motivated and independent able to take initiative and work with minimal supervision once trained
