About the job:

This position is responsible for data entry including inbound and outbound stock transfer in SAP Raw Milk Receipts and reporting of daily mass balance for the site while managing the Processing Work Orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the completion of daily data entry for receivables of raw materials stock-takes STO work order Confirmation and clean overdue MIX work orders.
Enter daily water usage and COD results. Investigate and report discrepancies within an appropriate timeframe.
Complete mass balance reporting in a timely manner to ensure accuracy of data for daily weekly and monthly reporting.
Monitor ingredient losses investigate and escalate any mass balance losses.
Enter and monitor daily SAP transactions for inbound and outbound stock to ensure minimal financial loss to the business through stock dumps and variance.
Consolidate and submit daily report to monitor Milk Bay performance.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for raw materials and ingredient utilisation.

Ideal Candidate

Passionate about data with a sharp analytical mindset eager to transform numbers into actionable insights.
Advanced Excel skills and solid understanding of databases; ability to work confidently with formulas and data structures.
Functional knowledge of SAP-IM and SAP-WMS applicationsis highly desirable (but not essential).
Minimum 2 years of experiencein inventory management supply chain management or data analytics.
Background in Dairy or FMCG industriesis preferred bringing familiarity with fast-paced environments.
