Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
Critical Inquiry: Instructing History across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only.
Source Analysis: Cultivating students ability to analyze historical evidence and construct persuasive evidence-based arguments.
Induction Focus: Evidence-gathering for the ECF through regular reflections and video-based peer review.
Compensation & Benefits
Essential Requirements: Hold QTS. Degree in History or a related field.
Salary: Paid on the Teachers Pay Scale with Inner London weighting.
Support: Weekly formal mentoring and a technology-forward Humanities department.
