Job Summary
Role: Cutover Manager - Contract Role
Seniority: Mid and Senior levels
Day rate: 400-600 Outside IR35
Project duration: 3 months with very likely extension starting asap
Location: 2 days in central London per week 3 days remote. Some travel to Paris and elsewhere globally
Were supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale complex transformations throughout the UK and Europe.
Theyre seeking a Cutover Manager with (ideally IFS system) ERP experience to support in an ongoing cutover for a client in the financial services industry.

Tasks
- Define and document cutover scope approach and success criteria
- Manage cross-functional teams during cutover activities
- Monitor and resolve issues promptly during critical phases
- Maintain alignment between technical teams business units and external vendors
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- An independent consultant
- Proven experience in ERP cutover management preferably with IFS Applications
- Strong understanding of data migration system integration and business process impacts.
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage complex timelines and dependencies
- Nice-to-have: Experience using Smartsheet for project planning and tracking
- Nice-to-have: Consulting background
