Tasks
You will work closely with our Head of People and leadership team and own hiring as a core business function.
- Own the full recruiting process end to end for multiple roles across operations tech and business from role scoping to signed offer.
- Translate business needs into clear hiring strategies job profiles and sourcing plans.
- Proactively source and engage top talent through outbound channels networks and referrals.
- Conduct structured interviews and independently assess candidates for skill performance mindset and culture fit.
- Drive fast high-quality hiring decisions in close collaboration with hiring managers.
- Manage offers contracts and closing while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes tools and funnel performance as the company scales.
Beyond recruiting you will contribute to the broader People function:
- Co-own the Employee Lifecycle from Onboarding to Offboarding.
- Partner with People Operations on onboarding quality role clarity and early retention.
- Support employer branding initiatives and help position the company as a top employer in the startup and operations ecosystem.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to own recruiting processes independently not just support them.
- Strong interview and candidate assessment skills with a clear eye for talent and potential.
- Fully fluent in German (C2) and English (C1).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced on-site start-up environment.
- Pragmatic execution-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- You genuinely enjoy working with people and getting things done.
