Job Summary
- You manage and maintain the reporting ecosystem for marketing channels and their spend.
- You take ownership of the optimisation of the marketing cost -budget and -performance reporting processes
- You control and audit the marketing spend to find insights inefficiencies and opportunities.
- You monitor relevant business numbers to identify opportunities and proactively share recommendations with our marketing- and other business teams
- You collaborate closely with the marketing teams to translate non-technical requests into actionable analysis that help optimising the marketing efficiency further
- You critically review relevant KPIs to optimise our client acquisition and -retention
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in high-growth environments with dynamic marketing budgets
- Strong SQL skills
- Analytical problem solving
- The ability to translate results into actionable recommendations for business teams
- Experience in data visualisation (e.g. via tools such as Tableau Metabase Power BI Looker)
- Strong work ethic personal accountability and ownership. Attention to detail and processes.
- Fluency in English
- Previous experience in Finance or regulated markets is a plus
