Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Source life insurance business through partner bank branches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers relationship officers and staff.
  • Identify prospective customers from the banks customer base and generate leads.
  • Conduct joint customer meetings and provide suitable life insurance solutions based on customer needs.
  • Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets (premium policies and revenue).
  • Support bank staff with product training sales pitches and objection handling.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of proposal forms documentation and policy issuance.
  • Coordinate with underwriting operations and service teams for smooth policy processing.
  • Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines company policies and compliance norms.
  • Handle customer queries follow-ups and post-sales service support.
  • Participate in sales campaigns product launches and promotional activities.
