Job Summary
Job Title: MIS Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support business decisions. Proficiency in Advanced Excel functions including VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect analyze and interpret large volumes of data from various sources.
- Prepare maintain and update daily weekly and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
- Utilize Advanced Excel tools and functions (VLOOKUP HLOOKUP Pivot Tables Formulas Charts etc.) for data analysis and reporting.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure data accuracy integrity and consistency across reports.
- Generate ad hoc reports as per management requirements.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Maintain and update databases and management information systems.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in their implementation.
Salary upto 4 LPA
Requirements:
Insurance industry exp preferred
- Bachelor s degree in Commerce Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in MIS reporting or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP HLOOKUP Pivot Tables and complex formulas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle large datasets and meet tight deadlines.
