Job Summary
Tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.
- Design develop and deploy ServiceNow applications modules and customizations in alignment with best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of ServiceNow processes configurations and workflows for ongoing support and knowledge sharing.
- Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow technologies and industry trends to recommend enhancements and optimizations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Engineer with expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities and configurations.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex system integrations and troubleshooting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
