Job Overview:
Client is seeking an experienced Oracle R12 eBusiness Suite (EBS) Manufacturing Functional Analyst to provide enhancements and production support for Manufacturing and Supply Chain business processes. This role will act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders to drive system improvements using Oracle EBS and related applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Discrete Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules hands-on Oracle R12 experience and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as an Oracle EBS Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting manufacturing and supply chain business processes.
Analyze current business processes and user needs to design enhance and support Oracle EBS solutions.
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with end users and translate business needs into functional specifications.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure effective solution design and delivery.
Lead and support Oracle EBS implementations enhancements integrations testing and production support.
Manage project activities including project planning test case creation execution tracking documentation and reporting.
Develop and deploy enhancements to support evolving business process improvements.
Oversee global testing efforts to ensure changes do not negatively impact shared environments.
Develop training materials and deliver end-user training (one-on-one and group sessions).
Support long-term business system growth aligned with enterprise strategy.

Required Oracle EBS Experience:
Manufacturing (Discrete Manufacturing strong experience in most required)
Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
Work in Process (WIP)
Bill of Materials (BOM)
Shop Floor
Scheduling
Quality
Costing
Engineering
Available to Promise (ATP)
Assemble to Order (ATO)
Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) Required
Purchasing (PO) Required
Inventory (INV) Required
Order Management (OM) Required
(Order Capture Order Fulfillment Shipping Execution Pricing)

Required Qualifications:
5 7 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Manufacturing / SCM Functional Analyst
Hands-on experience supporting Oracle EBS R12
Strong understanding of:
o Discrete Manufacturing processes
o Purchasing Inventory and Order Management
Experience with Oracle EBS/Database SQL queries
(TOAD for Oracle is a plus)
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Demonstrated project management capabilities
Ability to work onsite in Aiken SC (4 days/week)

Preferred Qualifications:
APICS Certification (American Production and Inventory Control Society)
SQL or similar programming experience
Experience supporting global Oracle EBS environments
Manufacturing industry background
