Job Summary
Job Summary
- Perform maintenance tasks supporting Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) programs
- Complete work order documentation and summary reports accurately
- Execute scheduled preventative maintenance tasks
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in maintenance and product support areas
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all maintenance activities
- Conduct data entry and transactions using company computer applications
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and safety requirements
- Manage relationships with internal and external customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions including root cause analysis and corrective action
- Support the development and maintenance of a world-class manufacturing environment
- Maintain equipment for maximum production efficiency cost-effectiveness quality and safety
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety policies during projects
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Work as part of a team in a cross-functional environment
- Adhere to PPE and safety equipment requirements at all times
Requirements:
- 2 years of maintenance technician experience (5 years if no HS diploma/GED)
- Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office and Teams preferred
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Knowledge of valves actuators gaskets seals and HTST process
- Electrical theory and PLC programming knowledge is a plus
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Team player with willingness to learn multiple tasks
- Must wear PPE including goggles ear protection and steel-toed boots (provided as required)
