Schedule:
Shifts per month: 3 - 24 hour shifts/payperiod (minimum)
Shift length: 24 hours; 7a-7a (occasionally 12 hour shifts)
On Call: in-house coverage (provider sleep room available)

Patient Population: MercyOne Dyersville Medical Center is located in Dyersville a city in eastern Delaware County and western Dubuque County. The population is approximately 4360. Dyersville is known as the home of the Field of Dreams movie site the National Farm Toy Museum and the Basilica of St. Francis Xavier.
Services offered in the practice: MercyOne Dyersville Medical Center is a Critical Access Hospital that offers comprehensive care. The hospital features a 3-bed Emergency Department. It includes a 20-bed medical-surgical department to support a wide range of inpatient needs. Services also include a wide range of outpatient services including laboratory radiology rehabilitation services infusion service and ambulatory surgery.

Facility Reimbursement:
Flights - $750/round trip cap (to include all taxes and fees). No upgraded airfares or seat upgrades
Lodging - 1.5x the GSA rate cap average for the total stay (to include taxes and fees)
Rental Car - $55/day cap (including all taxes and fees) regardless of car class. SUV/upgrades over cap will need to be preapproved (will only be approved if needed for inclement weather)
Mileage - IRS Standard Rate
Bill Rates Needed for Submission:
Malpractice (must be included in the rates)

Board Certified - ABEM or FP/IM with recent EM experience REQUIRED
