Shift & Schedule:

Day Shift: 07:00 AM 03:30 PM
On-Call Requirement:

Every 3rd weekend
-
Minimum of 16 on-call shifts within a 6-week period

OR/IR coverage required
The Registered Nurse (RN) Cardiac Cath Lab / IR provides direct high-quality nursing care in accordance with established policies procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. This role requires close collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated safe and effective patient care across Cath Lab IR and OR coverage areas.
Key Responsibilities-
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies procedures and protocols

Implement monitor and evaluate patient care plans
-
Monitor document and communicate patient condition and clinical changes
-
Coordinate care across all disciplines to ensure seamless patient care

Execute and document physician and nursing orders accurately

Support pre- intra- and post-procedural patient care
-
Collaborate on patient discharge planning with the healthcare team

Participate in required on-call and weekend coverage
Licensure / Certification
-
Active Illinois RN license (IDFPR)
-
BLS Provider certification (AHA or American Red Cross accepted)
Education & Experience
-
Required professional licensure/certification
-
Minimum 1 2 years of relevant nursing experience

Cardiac Cath Lab and/or Interventional Radiology experience strongly preferred
