Job Summary

Develop and manage the strong relationship with business leaders Hiring Managers and other HR teams;
Lead the design and execution of end-to-end recruitment process for assigned openings across various business groups/functions and provide talent acquisition solutions to fulfill business needs in a highly efficient and effective manner;
Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build talent pools for key areas in anticipation of hiring needs
Execute highly effective interviews and selection leveraging various selection tools and improve the quality of hires through a strong and thorough interview process.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of robust recruitment and selection processes tools and reporting and ensure recruiting process compliance
Critically evaluating recruiting data and metrics to derive insights and make informed decisions in recruitment strategy and plan to drive operation model and process efficiency innovation and quality.
