Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Greeting & Assistance: Warmly welcome guests open doors and help with luggage and personal belongings.
Parking & Retrieval: Safely park and retrieve vehicles noting parking locations and keeping keys secure.
Vehicle Security: Ensure all parked cars are locked and secure inspecting for existing damage.
Customer Service: Answer questions provide directions to local attractions and handle guest concerns professionally.
Traffic & Area Management: Direct traffic in the valet area and maintain a clean organized parking space.
Record Keeping: Accurately log vehicle information and guest details.

Essential Requirements:

Valid Drivers License with a spotless driving record (no prior offenses).
Excellent Driving Skills: Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
Strong Interpersonal Skills: Friendly professional and articulate communication.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand walk and work for extended periods.
Professional Appearance: Adherence to uniform standards and a groomed look.
