Job Summary

Primary skills
  • Domain knowledge: First experience in supporting banking applications and their users (around TRADE FINANCE ideally but any banking domain functional wise client facing)
  • Technical skills:
  • SQL Unix (mandatory)
  • Microservices CI/CD tools (nice to have)
  • Critical and analytical thinking: capability to analyze complex business problems prioritize requirements and propose innovative solutions.
  • ITIL V3: Good knowledge in Incident management Change Management & Problem Management
  • Communication: Strong expertise in communication oriented to business users and management.
  • Monitoring: ability to effectively monitor infrastructure functional (logs) and performances of applications (Dynatrace is ideal but other monitoring tool like Geneos etc


Secondary skills
  • Agile methodologies: understanding of agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban and related project management tools (JIRA).
  • Banking knowledge : knowing about CIB banking ecosystem Finastra Trade Innovation Plus tool will provide an advantage
  • Project management: experience leading and delivering small projects with several contributors & represent Production by giving prerequisites for support activities during new project or new release
