Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Major Incident Manager
The Major Incident Manager provides technical and operational leadership for high-impact incidents mentoring junior MIMs while owning complex cross-platform incidents
Responsibilities
Lead resolution of complex P1/P2 incidents involving Azure and enterprise platforms
Own incident orchestration ensuring accountability across resolver teams
Drive executive-level communications during outages for internal and client stakeholders
Identify systemic incident patterns and recommend improvements
Lead and review Post Incident Reviews (PIRs) and contribute to Problem Management
Ensure SLA adherence and operational discipline
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent experience.
Good years of experience in Critical/Major Incident Management
Strong hands-on understanding of Azure architecture and operations
Strong understanding of insurance based applications landscapes (AIM ImageRight MGA systems etc)
Proven experience leading virtual technical teams under pressure
Excellent stakeholder and crisis communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
ITIL Intermediate / ITIL 4 Managing Professional (preferred)
Strong Problem Management expertise
Familiarity with SRE concepts monitoring and operational resilience
Experience coaching or mentoring incident managers
