Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other enterprise systems.
Ensure adherence to coding standards platform governance and performance optimization.
Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Support platform upgrades troubleshooting and security compliance.
Mandatory Skills
ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer)
ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development (custom apps scripting workflows).
Expertise in JavaScript Glide API and integration technologies (REST/SOAP).
Experience in Agile delivery and stakeholder collaboration.
Good to Have
Experience with ServiceNow GRC modules (Policy & Compliance Risk Audit).
Knowledge of IRM (Integrated Risk Management) capabilities.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g. SOX ISO 27001 NIST).
