Pay - $130-$150k
Job Summary The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and managing all maintenance activities to ensure the safe reliable and efficient operation of production equipment and facilities. This role focuses on minimizing downtime improving equipment performance and supporting production goals in a fast-paced packaging manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities -
Lead supervise and develop the maintenance team (mechanics electricians technicians)

Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs
-
Ensure maximum equipment uptime and production efficiency
-
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical electrical and automation issues
-
Manage maintenance budgets spare parts inventory and vendor relationships
-
Coordinate maintenance activities with production and operations teams
-
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
-
Support continuous improvement lean manufacturing and reliability initiatives
-
Oversee installation commissioning and upgrades of equipment
-
Maintain accurate maintenance records and KPIs (downtime MTBF costs)
Qualifications & Experience -
Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Electrical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)

10 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or packaging
-
Familiarity with CMMS systems

Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred Skills -
Experience in packaging equipment (converting corrugate flexo printing etc.)

Knowledge of Lean TPM or Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM)
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
