Job Title: Senior Product Manager Commerce & Provisioning
Location: San Jose CA (Hybrid from Day 1)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy roadmap and execution for our Commerce and Provisioning domain. This role is pivotal in shaping the customer journey from quote to cash ensuring seamless integration across CRM CPQ ERP and provisioning systems. Candidate will work cross-functionally with engineering sales operations and customer success to deliver scalable customer-centric solutions in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for commerce and provisioning capabilities including Quoting order management and fulfillment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements prioritize features and deliver high-impact solutions.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
Partner with engineering teams to design scalable microservices-based architectures.
Own integrations with key enterprise systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) PROS CPQ SAP S/4HANA and in-house microservices.
Ensure seamless provisioning workflows that align with customer entitlements and billing.
Establish and maintain OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to align product goals with company strategy.
Define and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure product success customer satisfaction operational efficiency and business impact.
Analyze product performance and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement.
Champion a data-driven approach to decision-making and product iteration

Required Qualifications

6 years of product management experience preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
Proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional products in the Commerce CPQ and Provisioning space.
Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g. D365) CPQ platforms (e.g. PROS) and ERP systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA).
Experience working with microservices architectures and API-driven ecosystems.
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive initiatives independently.
Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in defining and tracking KPIs and OKRs

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SaaS subscription models and quote-to-cash processes.
Familiarity with provisioning systems and entitlement management.
Background in agile product development methodologies.
Technical fluency to engage with engineering teams on architecture and implementation.
