Job Title:Project Manager & CMS/Medicaid Alignment Lead
Location:Richmond VA(Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as overall Project Manager and primary point of contact for state agencies (DMAS VDH VCHI)
- Manage project plan milestones risks dependencies and deliverables
- Ensure assessment approach aligns with CMS Medicaid strategy funding and reporting requirements
- Coordinate multi-agency participation and executive-level communications
- Oversee quality assurance and final approval of all assessment and RFP outputs
- Support stakeholder briefings and leadership presentations
Experience Needed:
- 10 years in health IT program or project management
- Direct experience supporting Medicaid or CMS-funded initiatives
- Experience coordinating multi-agency or statewide health programs
- Proven ability to deliver accelerated assessments and advisory engagements
