Day-to-day tasks involve conducting site visits offering expert consultations on roofing and waterproofing systems and coordinating with clients to ensure high-quality installations. The position also requires preparing proposals tracking project progress and delivering exceptional service to maintain long-term client partnerships.
Qualifications - Experience using a CRM
- Experience with roofing systems insulation and waterproofing technologies
- Hands-on skills in carpentry and knowledge of working at heights
- Ability to assess and recommend appropriate solutions for roofs and building envelopes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders
- Proven sales expertise or experience in the construction or building materials industry
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel within the New York City Metropolitan Area
- Prior experience in commercial roofing or similar construction fields is preferred
