Job Summary
Job role: Infrastructure Project Manager
Duration: 6 months
Location: South San Francisco onsite
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage device deployment projects (MacBooks Windows laptops iPads)
- Coordinate closely with deployment technicians to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
- Engage with end users during rollout to ensure smooth adoption and resolve issues
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for device management and lifecycle
- Oversee infrastructure-related initiatives beyond device rollout as needed
Required Experience:
- 5 years in infrastructure project management
- Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Jamf and Intune
- Strong background in device management and rollout across mixed environments (Mac Windows iOS)
- Proven ability to manage schedules dependencies and stakeholder communication
Soft Skills:
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Strong communication and user engagement capabilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams and business stakeholders
